International Law keeping: Myanmar and the Rhingya refugees, with Ralph Keefer.
Ralph Keefer, former Vancouver prosecutor and Pender resident, spent 5 weeks in Bangladesh, part of an international team of criminal justice officials collecting evidence from over 1000 Rohingya Muslim refugees forced out of Myanmar by the Burmese military. Ralph will share his photos, videos, thoughts and experiences of the world’s largest refugee camp. Don’t miss the opportunity of considering and discussing the increasing plight of stateless refugees, a growing international phenomenon.
