Presenting Alex Catona – What (4) is Music? 

The what? how? and why? of some tunes and people.

Sunday Nov. 10 at 3 pm.

Alex Catona, a professional cello player and composer, will engage his audience in a conversation about modern music – its roots and legacy. He will present a few contrasting examples of music from the 20th century and beyond, and will challenge the audience to consider questions of privilege and opportunity in the development of modern music.
