Library space use
Your library may have space to host local community group meetings, programs, and events. Library space rental may be free of charge or available for a small amount. Please contact your library for more details.
Mayne Is. Community Library meeting space
The meeting space in the Mayne Is. Community Library was provided through funding from The Vancouver Foundation, which stipulated that the area be restricted to use by non-profit community meetings/groups. Please review the conditions and complete an application form.
Galiano Is. Community Library Meeting Room
The Galiano Is. Community Library offers a separate room, the Catherine Holahan Meeting Room, suitable for small group meetings, art displays, workshops, presentations, adult education classes, author readings, and other events. To reserve the Meeting Room, first check the booking calendar for availability, make your request, and read the rules.

Library booking calendar for availability on the date and time desired. Then email your booking request details to: galianolibrary@gmail.com. If you decide to cancel your booking, please email us as soon as possible.
